The Bull Run Festival of Lights is a 2.5-mile drive-through of festive light displays, open nightly from November 6th, 2020, through January 10th, 2021. Come out and enjoy the season’s best, brightest, and socially distant holiday activity!

Warrenton Christmas Parade
This year the traditional Old Town parade will be reimagined to a new “Reverse Parade” format. Taking place on December 4th floats decorated for the holidays will be parked and displayed along Main Street for attendees to drive by and view from the safety and comfort of their vehicles.

GumDrop Square
Experience the magic of Santa Claus at GumDrop Square in a safe, socially distant atmosphere, with Downtown Warrenton’s Gumdrop Square! Taking place December 5th through December 19th, the event will feature meetings with Santa, Santa’s Secret Shop, Musical and Dance Performers, and more!

The Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will be converted into a made-for-TV spectacle, featuring larger-than-life balloons, over-the-top floats, and big-name performers! You can watch the parade as always on NBC on Thursday, November 26th from 9 am to noon. Or, watch the live stream!

Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting
Enjoy the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting on December 2nd with a live national broadcast hosted by NBC to officially mark the start of the Christmas season!

National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Washington D.C’s 98th National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and holiday performances will take place on December 3rd on thenationaltree.org.

The Annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop in Times Square will also occur virtually this year. You can still countdown the ball drop and pop some champagne in the comfort (and warmth!) of your own home!
