Leasing Information
Pets: allowed (some restrictions apply)
Deposit: $100 refundable pet deposit and $50 pet fee
Additional Rent: $20 for pet
Application Fee: $75 (non-refundable), per applicant (all residents over 18, and all co-signers)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent for the unit selected (refundable)

Utilities and Variable Charges: Water/sewer is included in your rent. All other utilities are billed separately. Failure to pay variable charges may constitute a lease violation. Pursuant to Virginia Code § 55.1-1204.1, ‘Rent’ includes all money owed to the landlord under the lease agreement, excluding the security deposit. – Maximum of 1 pet per apartment.
– No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, or Spitz.
– Deposit: $100 refundable pet deposit and $50 pet fee.
